| Constructive Group Pty Ltd was established in 2006, aiming to be involved in select small to medium sized commercial and industrial building projects, with an emphasis on: > service > value > quality > innovation > efficiency > functionality > environmental considerations Constructive Group intends to achieve quality project outcomes for our clients with a view to fulfilling on our promises through understanding - understanding our clients needs and understanding the project and it's requirements. We expect to liase with councils, designers, town planners, consultants, quantity surveyors, sub contractors and the users to ensure fit for purpose buildings that exceed the expectations of our client. Our director has had 15 years experience in the commercial and industrial building industry, working for some of Melbourne's' most established construction company and working on some landmark and award winning Melbourne projects such as The Chadstone Shopping Centre Stage 20 and 21 project, Crown Casino, The Trail of the Elephants enclosure and the OrangUtan sanctuary at the Melbourne Zoo. Awards include a MBAV 'Excellence in Construction' Award and an Australian Institute of Building (AIB) 'Professional Excellence in Building' Award. We have in place public liability, structural defects, contract works and workers compensation insurance and we hold a current builders registration as commercial and domestic builders and are members of the Master Builders Association & Australian Institute of Building. |
