Constructive Group Pty Ltd was established in 2006 by our Managing Director Richard Harris, aiming to be involved in select small to medium sized commercial, industrial and multi residential building projects with the view to make a difference in the approach to developing successful projects, with an emphasis on:

Richard has 20 years experience in the commercial and industrial building industry, working for some of Melbourne's' most established construction companies and working on some landmark and award winning Melbourne projects such as Chadstone Shopping Centre Stage 20 and 21, Crown Casino, The Trail of the Elephants, Melbourne Zoo. Awards include a MBAV 'Excellence in Construction' Award and an Australian Institute of Building (AIB) 'Professional Excellence in Building' Award.

Daniel McArdle joined Constructive Group soon after the company commenced operations as a Project Manager. Daniel saw an opportunity to be involved in a diverse and exciting range of projects. His experience encompassed a range of projects including a 24 Level Apartment Building in South Melbourne, Carnegie Library & Community Centre and the Orang-Utan sanctuary at the Melbourne Zoo. In 2009, Daniel became a Director of Constructive Group.

Constructive Group has developed a reputation for delivering quality project outcomes for clients with a view to fulfilling on our promises through understanding. Understanding our clients needs and understanding the project and it's complexities. We have experience with and expect to liase with councils, designers, town planners, consultants, quantity surveyors, sub contractors and the users to ensure fit for purpose buildings that exceed the expectations of our client.
