Alteration of existing warehouse to high quality car showroom including light demolition works, removal of existing facade with introduction of new shop front, new steel canopy, new air conditioning system with roof top plant, new wall and ceilings and tiles to entire showroom floor. This project was carried out while Penfold Holden continued to operate their sales and workshop operations from within the same building.

The design and construct responsibility under a construction management agreement for the Regeneration of a 1950s office building that was the original airport operations building into new office spaces. The works included foundation rectification, asbestos removal, partial demolition and total strip out, refurbishment of the facade elements in keeping with the heritage value of the building and new services throughout including electrical, data, lighting, hydraulics and mechanical systems. Entire new fitout to suit six separate office tenancies.

This project was completed on time and to the satisfaction of both the client and the Architects.

Conversion of a open warehouse space into high quality office space to suit the specific needs of Bendon. The works included the complete refurbishment of an existing amenities block to suit a high quality office space, new sprinkler services, new mechanical system, electrical power supply up grade to the building, architectural office fitout.
