| Role Undertaken: Project Manager for JA Dodd Architect: John Lee, McGlashan Everist, Telephone 03 9639 6778 Client: Penfold Group, Adrian O'Sullivan Project Programme: January 2005 - September 2005 Project Budget: $4,500,000 This project involved the construction of a new car showroom and large workshop facilities for the Berwick Mazda dealer. The construction was typical commercial construction including significant in ground works due to poor soil conditions, ground slabs, precast concrete walls, steel roof structure, metal deck roofing and glass curtain walls. The internal fit out was of a high quality finish typical of a building of this type with Alucabond, Glass, acoustic metal ceilings and a tiled floor. |

| Role Undertaken: Project Manager for JA Dodd Architect: Rob McCabe, Perrot Lyon Mathieson, Telephone 03 9866 2000 Client: City of Glen Eira, Bob Mason Project Programme: September 2004 - February 2005 Project Budget: $7,500,000 Construction of a state of the art new library facility to suit the requirements of the local Carnegie Community. This project involved the diversion of existing sewer water and gas services to enable the permanent closure of an existing street to create a new public mall. The building works consisted of the construction of a major civic building and a separate child care facility. The building consisted of a split level library space with curved structures and high quality finishes. The spectular entry includes the public amenties, a lift, and a cantilevered stair leading to the community meeting rooms on the first level. |

| Role Undertaken: Project Manager for JA Dodd Architect: Prior Cheney, Stephen Cheney Client: City of Whitehorse, Rob Becker Project Programme: January 2004 - January 2005 Project Budget: $5,000,000 Partial Demolition and strip out of an existing aquatic centre including the removal of hazardous material (Asbestos & Lead paint) to make way for a new 50m Olympic swimming pool and construction of a new gymnasium facility. The works involved refurbishing the entire pool including a new tiled finish, new filtration equipment, construction of new wet decks to increase the depth of the pool to meet international standards. New low humidity mechanical and ventilation system to the pool hall. Complete removal and replacement of the existing building facade to completely update the aesthetic, introduction of large suspended fabric panels to reduce the noise in the pool hall. The works were carried out while the centre remained open to the public. |
