Constructive Group were both builder and developer on this project. Acquiring the site, progressing the project through town planning, marketing and pre-sales, construction, practical completion, and final settlements. Acting as not only the builder but also the developer gave us a unique insight into the developers on these types of projects. We understand via experience, how important the budget is, the importance of building on time and meeting the purchaser’s expectations. The project consisted of a basement and three levels above ground, incorporating eight unique apartments on a compact residential site in Windsor. The building was completed on time and on budget.
