Mt Waverly Reserve Pavilion

Client: City of Monash

Architect: Architecture Matters

Constructive Group delivered a contemporary two-level sporting pavilion that serves as a vibrant hub for both athletic and social activities. The project began with meticulous site preparation, including the safe removal of Category A asbestos-contaminated soil, ensuring compliance and safety for all stakeholders. The pavilion’s structure was engineered for durability and performance, incorporating bored piers, a concrete ground slab, suspended concrete floors, and a robust structural steel framework. To achieve a modern and visually appealing finish, honed blocks and designer bricks were used throughout the exterior. Inside, the facility offers premium amenities including spacious change rooms, social rooms, and a viewing balcony that overlooks the playing fields. Hospitality features such as a bar and kiosk were integrated to support community events and gatherings, making the pavilion not only a sporting venue but a social destination. This project exemplifies Constructive Group’s commitment to quality, safety, and innovative design, delivering a space that enhances the sporting experience and strengthens community connections.
