Founded in 2006 by Richard Harris, Constructive Group was established with a clear intention to deliver construction differently. Drawing on extensive Tier 1 experience, Richard set out to build a company defined by integrity, accountability, and a more considered way of working across every project.
Over time, Constructive Group has evolved from boutique private developments into a trusted Tier 3 builder delivering complex projects across community, education, health, social housing, and government sectors. Following the COVID period, the business undertook a strategic reset, joining the Construction Supplier Register and steadily expanding its certified project capacity from $1.5 million to $11 million, while strengthening internal delivery capability for projects up to $15 million where CSR is not applicable.
Recent successes across education, local government, health, sport and recreation, and social housing reflect a new phase of growth and operational maturity. Constructive Group is now well positioned to take on larger and more complex projects, while maintaining the disciplined delivery, care, and safety standards that have shaped the business since its foundation.
