Situated on a tight inner-urban site in the City of Yarra, construction involved the demolition of an existing building adjacent to other operational offices, requiring meticulous planning and execution.

Works included the development of a new building featuring semi-basement car parking and four levels of office space, complete with a fully fitted tenancy. The design showcases detailed brickwork and sophisticated façade cladding, creating a striking exterior that complements the vibrant urban setting. Inside, high-end fit-out works provide modern, flexible workspaces designed for productivity and style.
