Due for completion in 2027, this purpose-built facility hasbeen developed in response to aging infrastructure, evolving community needs,and increasing funeral numbers. Delivered under a Design & Constructcontract, the bespoke building will provide a dignified, efficient, andfuture-focused environment, consolidating all Chevra Kadisha functions underone roof. The facility incorporates fully Halachic-compliant Tahara rooms,private family spaces, caretakers’ accommodation, and integrated administrationareas.

The development includes a dry basement with 32 car spaces,storage rooms, hearse parking, a car wash bay, and lift access. The groundfloor will accommodate a large, flexible Chapel/Steibel suitable for variedcommunity use, Tahara facilities, a coffin assembly workshop, reception, andamenities. The first floor will house offices, administration, a boardroom,caretakers’ residence, and supporting amenities. High-end finishes throughout,along with substantial landscaping and associated civil works, will ensure arespectful and enduring facility designed to serve the community forgenerations to come.
