We successfully completed the construction of astate-of-the-art CyberKnife Radiosurgery Treatment Centre within an existingbuilding, overcoming significant technical and logistical challenges. Theproject involved creating a fully radiation-shielded concrete bunker with wallsand ceiling up to one metre thick, designed to meet stringent safety andcompliance standards. This complex structure was engineered and built insidethe existing facility without disrupting ongoing operations, requiring meticulousplanning and coordination. Our team managed the installation of the CyberKnifesystem, a cutting-edge robotic radiosurgery machine that uses real-time X-rayguided motion synchronization to precisely target tumors while minimizingradiation exposure to healthy tissue. In addition to the bunker, the fit-outincluded modern consulting rooms, treatment bays, a nurses’ station, andamenities areas, all designed to support advanced cancer care in apatient-focused environment. This project showcased our expertise in precisionconstruction, integration of highly specialized medical technology, anddelivery of world-class healthcare infrastructure.
