The development included basement car parking and two levels of medical consulting suites, administration offices, and welcoming waiting areas. Works required precise coordination for the installation of specialized dental equipment, including medical-grade plumbing, as well as the construction of an X-ray room and sterilization areas to meet stringent healthcare standards.
