Wallington Wellbeing Centre.

The TLC Aged-Care Wellbeing Centre is being delivered undera Design and Construct model, providing an integrated approach to theredevelopment and expansion of healthcare and wellbeing facilities within theexisting site. The project focuses on enhancing the centre’s ability to deliverhigh‑quality medical, allied health, and wellbeing services while ensuringseamless integration with the operational aged care environment.

The works include a combination of internal refurbishmentsand new building construction to accommodate consulting rooms, treatmentspaces, gym and physiotherapy facilities, amenities, and supporting staffareas. A new concrete slab on ground, expansion and integration of existingservices, and specialist finishes—including rubber sports flooring—support boththe functional and technical requirements of the facility. Architecturalelements such as a feature brick façade and high‑level north‑facing windows enhancedurability, natural light, and the overall built form.

All works were carefully planned and coordinated to beundertaken within an active aged care facility, ensuring minimal disruption toresidents, staff, and ongoing operations. The completed centre will deliver afunctional, contemporary, and accessible environment that supports patientcare, wellbeing outcomes, and long‑term operational efficiency.
