Rauland Corporate Office

Construction involved the demolition of the internal slabs, forming new façade openings, and work to the existing structure to support a new, insulated panel roof, clerestory thermal glazing, and mechanical systems. Internally, a new highly specified fit-out was constructed to include offices, amenities, boardrooms, and a caretaker’s apartment. The project was completed to the highest standard, with minimal variations, and within the contract program time.
