Clovelly Cottage Aged Care

Constructive Group was engaged to add to an existing aged care facility in Boronia while maintaining its full operations. The pre-construction phase involved extensive value management that reduced the overall building cost by more than 15% and the building was completed to the original programme. The works were over two levels and comprised of 110 new beds, new commercial kitchen, 100K litre in ground water recycling facility, extensive fire service infrastructure, external hardstands, and landscaping. Works also included temporary commercial kitchen installation and the successful separation of an operational high care facility from the building works.
