This project involved extensive alterations and additions to existing school buildings, delivering a modern and functional learning environment while ensuring the campus remained fully operational throughout construction. Works included the partial demolition and strip-out of two wings, followed by a complete refurbishment featuring new joinery, wall and floor finishes, and fresh painting.
A full services upgrade was completed with careful isolations to maintain uninterrupted school operations. External improvements included new landscaping with soft features, access ramps, stairs, and handrails to enhance accessibility and safety. Termite treatment and significant structural repairs were undertaken to address previous damage and ensure long-term durability.
The result is a revitalized school campus that combines contemporary design, improved functionality, and a safe, inclusive environment for students and staff.
