We proudly delivered a new NDIS-assisted support accommodation facility, nominated for the 2025 Master Builders Association Victoria Awards for Excellence in Low Rise Apartment Buildings. This project comprises nine universally accessible apartments designed to support people living with a disability. Each home features wheelchair-friendly kitchens and bathrooms, complemented by advanced assistive technologies such as duress alarms, motorised adjustable benches, auto-swing doors, and integrated communication systems linked to a dedicated carers’ apartment. With basement parking and three levels of thoughtfully designed apartments above, this facility combines safety, innovation, and dignity - creating a space where independence thrives.
